Scrambled Porn

Quit Watching Porn in 30 Days

I never thought I’d be the one to create this, but here it is. The past year, I’ve spent considerable effort in quitting bad habits that do not align with my integrity and truth. Quitting porn was inevitable. It was never something you do and think, “I’m glad I did that.” It was a distraction and a hijacking of my attention and energy.

I have done a ton of research and interviews with people on both sides of the porn debate. I felt I needed to get all of this knowledge out of my head. Someone said I should write a book, but I created this coaching plan instead. I hope I can inspire other people who want to quit watching porn so they can reclaim their sexuality and put that energy into their relationships and creating the life they want.

Imagine living a fulfilling life where porn is a distant memory. Imagine having the most satisfying sex of your life with a partner who loves you for you. Imagine having control over your own sexuality and urges. Imagine living your purpose and feeling the best you have ever felt about yourself. This is not a pipe dream, it can happen!

I know you’re here because you want to finally quit the porn habit. Maybe you’ve tried NoFap and even had some success but haven’t gotten all the way out. I feel your pain and I know your struggle.

We live in a world where we are bombarded with sexual triggers. We are constantly distracted and our sexual fantasies and tastes have been totally influenced by porn. Men and women everywhere are quitting porn because they are waking up to the reality. Our sexuality has been hijacked and we are taking it back!

Quitting porn can be a real challenge and that’s why I created this plan.

THE PLAN

This plan has come from my own experience quitting porn. Ever since I started NoFap and PornFree, I have had ups and downs. I have done a TON of research into porn and why it hooks us the way it does. I’ve had conversations with men and women about the pros and cons of porn and what we can do about it. I immersed myself in both anti-porn and pro-porn discussion to get a full picture. I also researched the science and spirituality of porn. What’s the ultimate purpose of porn anyway? There’s a lot more to it than meets the eye. I want to share my research with you as well as my own experience.

Quitting porn is a two part process

  1. Put time, money, and effort into QUITTING porn.
  2. Put time, money, and effort into CREATING the life of your dreams.

You must do both of these. If you just try to quit porn without addressing your own needs and desires, you’ll fail. You must be actively working on yourself and your life. By actively improving yourself, your craving for porn will decrease. Combine this with your increased effort to quit porn and you will win.

So let’s get started. We will use the Truth, Love, and Power framework for quitting porn.

  • Truth: Understanding yourself. Understanding porn. Not living in denial anymore.
  • Love: Surrounding yourself with positive support. Creating intimacy in real relationships.
  • Power: Taking action toward self improvement. Daily effort and commitment. Developing the courage to be better and the authority over your life.

Each day I am going to share with you tips and inspiration. You will check in when you successfully avoid looking at porn. You can get help from the community here and even hire me as a coach. Get ready to say goodbye to porn!

I am so excited to help you on your journey. Let’s do this!
